Richard Judd is the greatest. His installation of our new septic system was painless.
Beautiful work. We didn’t even have to think. He totally communicated with the health department on our behalf (He knows them all). Redid our electrical with his in-house guy. When he was done, Richard ran his big machine and cleaned out the annoying brush in the back. For free. The total bill was a bit less than I expected. This was a wonderful experience.

WOW! What a great experience with Judd Septic!
We moved just outside of Chagrin Falls almost a year ago and have had some bad experiences with contractors, then we called Rich the owner of Judd and it was a fabulous experience all the way from Begining to end!
Rich is extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and charges more than a fair price.
His staff holds the same qualities.

Judd has been our service provider for the last several years,
I've been very pleased with the quality of their work. They performed maintenance on my leach field that dramatically improved its performance. He recommended it, but didn't "hard sell" and I'm glad he did.

Absolutely the best experience.
I left details about my septic system issue on the website. Rich contacted me that same day and scheduled an appointment for the next morning - a Saturday. Even though it had snowed and the roads were terrible, Rich still showed up and took care of my system. He even went out of his way to diagnose and help alleviate an unrelated issued when he could have just been on his way. Exceptional service from an exceptional guy. He gained a lifetime customer that day.

Rich is super informative and only does what needs to be done. He could easily overcharge or over-diagnose as we know little, but he does not. We completely trust him. The best!
