My septic system’s alarm was going off Friday of the Holiday weekend, of course we got home after 5 when all the businesses were closed. I called every company in the area, and every 24 hour emergency number I could find for septic services and no one returned my call until Richard called me back Saturday morning. He told me he wasn’t working but was in the area and could stop by and look at it. He helped us out and found out that the UV bulb was dimming and not bright enough. Ordered a new light online that day, he also pointed out a couple parts that may be going bad soon and quoted us for a pump out. We will be calling him for all of our septic needs from now on! Very honest and great to work with. Thank you so much for saving us on a long weekend!

The team came out and did an excellent job. First time with a septic system and Rich and Nick were extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend using Judd septic. I am new to having a septic and they took the time to explain the septic to me and answered my questions. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly and kind and they worked quick. They also file all paperwork with the county that needs to be filed so they make it easy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Living in a pre-Civil War home our septic system is as old as indoor plumbing. Rich explained why it needs pumped more often which alleviated fears that it needed updated prior to sewer service being installed (if that ever happens). Judd is the 3rd septic service company I have used in the last 35 years; he has all the future business.

Rich from Judd Septic was great to speak to initially over the phone. He took ample time to listen to our situation and answered questions we had about the next steps to take. He was able to come out and assess a septic situation at a property my husband and I were thinking of purchasing. It is clear that he is extremely knowledgeable in this field and knows exactly what he’s looking at. He shot us straight on what he saw and was perfectly professional the whole time. He impressed me by hiking around a steep slope in the woods to confirm what he suspected of the system. He’s not afraid to dive right in and get answers. His input and information was invaluable to us and helped guide one of the biggest decisions of our lives. We only have good things to say all around about our experience with Judd Septic. Rich was awesome, he was in constant contact with me even while heading out of town with family. I chose him because he did not try to up-sell me on other services. In fact, when I asked him about the other (more expensive) services recommended by other contractors, he told me I didn’t need it and was a waste to pay extra for something unnecessary.
